Anomalous cold in Russia, beat all records
Abnormally cold weather is expected today in Magadan, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Tomsk, Altai and Krasnoyarsk regions.

In Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Altai Krai night temperatures reached -42 degrees.
