The criminal case against the Khabarovsk apartment scam is preparing to transfer to the court.
Three Khabarovsk fraudulently evicted from city apartments 16 families. All had deceived debts for an apartment or want to change their homes to another.
Young people represent the well-known realtors in the company and promised to help solve housing problems.
Housing for people evicted provided outside the city. Later it turned out that they were at home, rent for a month. Once the trusting clients to sign all documents, they were evicted onto the street. It deceived the people live in villages.
Fraudsters threaten their victims that they did not apply to the police.
Under Article 159 of the Criminal Code to fraudsters face the penalty of deprivation
sentence of up to ten years, according to Interfax .
