Britney Spears banned from visiting their children

U.S. federal court ruled Friday in favor of the former husband of American pop star Britney Spears' rapper Kevin Federline in a case concerning custody of their children - the singer is temporarily deprived of the right to visit them, reports the Associated Press.

According to the commissioner following a hearing on custody is scheduled for January 14.

On Thursday night, Spears, under the influence of an unknown substance, was taken by ambulance "out of the house after she gave her ex-husband of his sons after the next meeting with them. According to police, law enforcement officers arrived at the house of the singer on a call Thursday night and held her for about three hours. According to them, the issue concerned the "family custody dispute", which police tried to resolve peacefully, guided by the requirements of the court.

Spears and Federline were married in October 2004 to July 2007. They had two sons, the eldest of whom - Sean Preston - now two years and younger - Jayden James - year.

In October, the court temporarily deprived singer custody of children due to dangerous behavior, but later, Spears managed to win the right to see them three times a week for a strictly defined timetable. According to the court, Britney twice a week should have been tested for the presence of drugs and alcohol in the blood, in her home children should be supervised by a special observer.

According to the agency, on Thursday, Spears has once again questioned in case of guardianship. According to Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan (Mark Vincent Kaplan), the conversation lasted only 14 minutes.

Earlier, the singer has repeatedly avoided this procedure. According to the agency, the court appointed an interrogation on December 12, but Spears said she was ill, although one day she was photographed driving a car. The next examination was scheduled for January 2, but Britney was not on it.
