Carrot will do crafts, machine parts and fishing rods

Two British scientists have invented a special material made from carrots, which can be used even for the production of warships.

The material, named Curran, was designed by enthusiasts David Hepvorfom and Eric Whaley.

Specialists believe that they invented technology will find application in many areas. From the material can produce, for example, as conventional rods and parts for automobiles.

To the delight of environmentalists, Curran could be a good alternative to the existing glass and carbon fiber. Nanofibres, found in carrots, you can easily extract and combine them with resins to create different shapes.
