Scientists have prepared the perfect ice cream

Researchers led by Attilio Del Re of the University in Piacenza (Italy) prepared the "perfect" ice cream. Specialists were "optimized cold dessert" in accordance with the Mediterranean diet. It is composed of traditional components: milk, eggs and sugar, but with a reduced-fat and high protein content.

Ice cream contains 30% fat, 15% protein and 55% sugar, which is an organic substitute for a single meal. Nutritionists do not recommend the traditional ice cream because of the very high fat content.
