Japanese scientists have found that short-term memory in the chimpanzee is better than an adult.

In tests conducted by scientists, was attended by three periods of five chimpanzees, and monkeys were made by opponents of 12 students.

Test of memory proposed by the participants, recalled a game that is in many mobile phones: the touch screen features nine digits, when the players touched the unit, the other eight digits obscured. It was necessary to open the figures in ascending order.

Despite the fact that the monkeys made many more errors with the job they have coped much faster people. Chimp Ayumu performed the task better than anyone.

He moved to the second level, where he has made nine college students. The monkey wins again by doing the right 80% of the job, while the performance of some students did not reach, and 40%, reports AP.
