On the eve of the U.S. shuttle Discovery has successfully pulled away from the docking port of the ISS and began to return to Earth. It is noteworthy that one of the crew remained on the station.

On board the International Space Station, Thomas Reiter was left - it will need assistance in carrying out general cleaning, which the station was already two weeks.

Office of the ISS has provided the station two days off - Sunday and Monday. This is done as compensation for the canceled weekend - after landing the Discovery astronauts always worked to unload, and study the condition of its thermal protection.

Studies have shown that the ship is fully prepared for landing. Despite some minor incidents, the leadership of NASA has named the mission "Discovery" the most successful in recent years, reports NTV.
