"Jules Verne" has ceased to be a part of the ISS

Last night the unmanned cargo ship Jules Verne, European Space Agency has successfully undocked from the International Space Station and began to let the Earth. At the end of his "odyssey" "Jules Verne" will be sunk in the Pacific Ocean. The second ship of this type will go to the ISS in 2010, reports RIA Novosti.

Recall that the "Jules Verne", developed by the European concern EADS, docks with ISS April 3, 2008. He delivered to the station 7.67 tons of cargo. During his stay in orbit "Jules Verne" and several times adjusted the orbit of the ISS using its own engines.

ESA specialists claim that the undoubted success of the mission "Jules Verne" demonstrated the latest achievements of European researchers in the field of space exploration. Total ESA plans to send to the ISS four cargo ships of this type.
