The film "12" entered in the short list of "Oscar"

Russian film "12" by Nikita Mikhalkov, and Kazakh film "Mongol" by Sergei Bodrov entered shortlisted applicants for the "Oscar" of the American Film Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. "

Nominees for the golden statuette for Best Foreign Language Film "is defined in two stages. First, a special jury of several hundred members of the Academy Awards in Los Angeles, viewed by 63 foreign film production in 2007, nominated for an Oscar, and selected 9 of them.

Now, from Friday to Sunday, a special committee at the Academy Awards special display in Los Angeles and New York from nine paintings will select five nominees.
