May 29 2006

I must say, the event is gaining popularity. As the organizers, each year an increasing number of manufacturers of these beverages delivers its products to participate in the festival. Visitors also were interested in the festival - where else can you try as many different drinks and to discover new variety?

Whole queue lined up for tasting teas and coffee. You could try the red and Krasnodar tea, cappuccino and traditional classic, and Hibiscus tea with ginger, and chamomile tea with cinnamon and apples. Drinks so much that in order to taste everything you need to have enough patience - tents, where the "poured" located throughout Vasilevsky descent. Some of them generously offered a full glass of tea in the other, apparently due to lack of water limited to a very small amount.

I must say that the attendance of the festival is also explained by interest in the culture of countries where tea is traditionally produced. Thus, at the venues - small scenes - non-stop dancing and singing performers, representing different ethnic cultures. However, it was possible to hear not only folk music: the opening day of the festival the group performed with the extravagant name of "Van Gogh's Ears" which specializes in such music as art-punk.

It is unknown how associated with tea art makeup with jewels, but nevertheless managed to find a table and two, followed by persons wishing painted using special paints. If a visitor passes deep into the territory of the holiday, it appears on the site for children - in short, the program has been prepared in accordance with the interests of diverse audiences.

On the closing day - May 28, the weather in the morning was overcast and dank, and here the hot drinks, including hot chocolate, especially come in handy. With public interest in listening to a really scientific lectures, which in this day read in one of the tents this connoisseur of tea. He enthusiastically told in detail about how many minutes of brewing tea or that of any dish it is better to drink than are the different teas and many other nuances. Also, in some tents were found all sorts of pastries, honey, dried fruit and cakes, though they already get "for free" was not.

On the big stage yet, in a waltz tempo alternated teams very different directions. "Djembe Africa" stone-faced they played a little groovy set - starting with a monotonous rhythmic pattern on the drums, introducing into a trance, the band sparked the real thing. The audience was enthusiastic, some gaily danced, following the African rhythms. After that, the team came to the stage a group of Moonlit Valley - four musicians and dancers Svetlana Kuznetsova and Julia Romashko together presented a program that includes wind-up Irish dancing and music.

One of the teams performed complicated, almost acrobatic dancing, located at the junction with martial arts Korean, and Indian Dance Theatre presented an interesting dance track, which was played the whole story. A variety of programs have followed one after another up to 16 hours - the time when the solemn closing of the festival.
