Costumes forest hunters were Haryukov for Titova particularly interesting work. In the film, the viewer meets with soldiers briefly, but from the first frame gets maximum visual information on the forest inhabitants. And most of this information lies precisely in suits: for example, their dark black-brown gamma symbolizes sullen distrust of the tribe, the materials used (leather, felt, rough necklaces) stress occupations, and spotting and ragged textures are designed to convey a sense of danger and wildness .

Just Svetlana spoke about the work on the clothing of slaves from the mines in the precious mountains. Despite the fact that the episode with those slaves in the film lasts only a few minutes, his training was spent over two weeks. "At first we hand-sewn rough woolen clothes for the slaves and overseers, then, also by hand, painted it. But most time was spent to tear the clothes ... "- says costume designer.

In order to give clothes slaves kind old rags, Titov had to do their own little jewelry work, tearing the fabric edge is literally on a thread. To delegate such delicate task Titov nobody could. And we had to work in respirators, because small pieces of fabrics and yarns not give breathing. Then, these clothes and processed baked paint. As a result, the viewer seems to be overseers and slaves in the semi-precious mountains dressed in some old clothes.
