While one of the most interesting French writer Frederic Begbeder "cleaned" cocaine tracks from the hood of his car, the first people in Moscow on the first metropolitan show watched a movie on his sensational novel about the advertising business, "99 francs".

Almost it is no secret that the story of the arrest of Frederick Begbeder for cocaine, which occurred just the other day - pure PR campaign, which conceived and organized by the writer himself, having a good training school organization of advertising campaigns of different products. It is worth noting that the campaign was successful: the name Begbeder again on the rumor, which is especially important for a week before the Russian premiere of the film, shot on the scandalously famous novel by French author of "99 francs".

Film for a long time did not go to the audience. The whole process from script to release the pictures on the screens took nearly 7 years. The first attempt to film the novel has been a director Antoine De Kohn and failed. But thanks to Jan Coenen book finally gained vision. Director Antoine de Caunes, but unfortunately, this attempt failed. Sam Frederick Begbeder admitted that the film "99 francs", according to him, received "a very spectacular and brilliant."

Octave has no equal in the universe: he is engaged in advertising! It was he who decides what you want tomorrow. For him, "the person - it's the same product as everyone else." Octave works in the largest advertising agencies Rosserys & Witchcraft, or simply "Ross." He has a lot of money, women, and cocaine, but, nevertheless, its unsure. Two things are radically changing the lives of Octave: an affair with Sophia, the most beautiful employee of the agency, and the meeting of the giant dairy company "Madonna" on the infomercial. Octave breaks from the coils and decides to rebel against the system that spawned him, sabotaging his same campaign. From Paris, where leaders are negotiating agency in Miami, where they filmed ads "Prozac" from Saint-Germain-des-Pres in a remote desert island - whether Octave will break out of his golden cage?

From the first pages of the work it becomes clear that Octave is a kind of alter ego Begbeder. "Now it takes me no less than four grams of coke a day. I start the morning: the first doznyak go before the first cup of coffee. What a pity that we only have a pair of nostrils, and then I would zanyuhival more" - lamenting Hero "99 Francs".

Incidentally, the film, in addition to resembling the actor Jean Dujardin Begbeder, who played the protagonist, and lit himself a French writer. Frederick could not resist the offer to play the role of hallucinations Octave, when he sees after another dose of color pictures.

Themselves "99 francs" - really a dynamic paranormal film. Perhaps all the sins of mankind are gathered is in this picture. "Circles of hell", who had to go through Begbeder, shown through his books and now through the movie. By the way, is this something amazing. As in the movie Octave fallen on hard times and now Begbeder easy: his new novel "ideals" on the bestseller list only 13th place, and a documentary about the writer's recent trip to Russia, featured channel Paris Premiere recently received a very low critical acclaim.

Before watching "99 francs", still worth reading the book. Not for nothing says that the book is always a better movie. With respect to a wholly-owned Begbeder approval. And it's not a bad film adaptation - no, it just got quite a decent. Simply Frederick Begbeder - a genius on the nature of the word. And his words can only get in the book.

If Frederick can escape from the clutches of the French justice, then he will definitely come to Moscow for the premiere. Repeat his visit, he promised back in November when he came to the capital to represent his new novel about Russia. "I felt like I was in Russia, so I had a desire to come here more often" - shared Begbeder.

And because the French are absolutely right. True, we have drugs on the street, especially not a sniff. White winter winds will blow the track much faster than have time to breathe in anything ... But anyway, bienvenue, Frederick!
